You know the saying – find a job you love and you never have to work a day in your life. Well, that's our golden mantra. We all aim to keep doing what we love, and love every second of it (most of the time).

Drawing your initials in the sand. Coloured chalk on the pavement. There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of leaving your mark on the world, a little dent in the Universe. We're here to do just that – and with all the same childlike wonder and freedom that comes with focusing on the big picture, being unafraid to make mistakes and come back better, and not sweating the small stuff.

Meet Anna and Bob. These two are our imaginary customers who we think a lot about, always asking the question 'How is what we're doing helping them?'. It's a little trick that keeps us on the straight and narrow, and ensures everything we do is 'Anna-solutely Fabulous', and 'Bob-on'

We're a team of movers, shakers, doers and makers – so getting things done is at our very core. A big part of this is not accepting any nonsense, something that's not always easy when things are tiring and don't always go your way. We always have our sights on the prize, but ready and willing to start over if needed.

Not everything's perfect but we're not the types who complain and yet doing nothing about it. So our golden mantra of like it, change it, or leave it, keeps us flying right. If we see something that isn’t ok, we either fix it or accept it.

While we always keep our head in the game, we're not into games. That means no BS. No silly-business. No fluff. No bluff & bluster. It’s that simple.

We're a close-knit team that really cares for each other, and we always strive to understand our varying points of view. It's the only sure-fire way of being able to see things from multiple perspectives, which means diversity and more often than not, a better outcome.
